AphexPharma General Terms and Conditions
- For seminars and conferences, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancelled by participants 60 days before the event.
- 50% of the course fee will be refunded if the participant cancels the registration between 30 and 59 days before the event.
- 100% of the course fee will be deducted if the participant cancels the registration within 30 days of the event.
- The same rules apply to the event sponsors when they register for the conferences and events.
- Aphex Pharma Solutions will refund 100% of the registration fee to attendees and sponsors if, in the unlikely case, the seminar or conference is cancelled by Aphex Pharma Solutions.
- Aphex Pharma Solutions will not be responsible for any damage or consequences caused by event cancellation. Aphex Pharma Solutions will notify the relevant parties about the cancellation of the event at least 10 days before the date of the event.
- Consultancy terms and conditions are included within each consultancy contract.
- Unless otherwise mentioned, all charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD), excluding GST.
- Aphex Pharma Solutions pays online payment surcharge which is included in the service cost.
- All refunds will be paid to the nominated account within 30 days of the cancellation.
